Outdoor Enthusiasts of Converse County

OECC is for those who love the outdoors in and around Converse County, Wyoming. Adventurers and nature respecters of all kinds are welcome! We organize community beautification projects, do trail building and maintenance, advocate for outdoor opportunites in the area, and create and run outdoor events like hiking, biking, archery, and kayaking.

Our Mission Statement:

To promote environmental stewardship, community growth, and youth development through outdoor recreation and education.

• May 3 - Nacho Libre 5k - 6pm
• May 4 - Trail Work/Signage Installation at Duncan Ranch - 9am
• May 18 - Duncan Trail Days at Duncan Ranch - all day activities
     Trail building 8-Noon, BBQ Noon-2, bike demos Noon-5, Fat Fish group ride 2pm
• May 25 - Glendo State Park kids activities and Night Hike
• June 8 - Ride, Row, Run Triathlon
• June 30 - Archery Range Work Day 8am-Noon and 1pm - 5pm
• July 9 - Plant walk and Identification and Monthly Meeting - Duncan Ranch - 6pm
• July 13 - Cowboy Crusher Gravel Race (helping Casper group)
• August 3 - Platte River Kayak (members only)
• August 21 - OECC Monthly Meeting - LaBonte - 6:30pm
• Sept. 12 - Photography Hike - Sunset Ridge Trail(Esterbrook) - 6pm
